- All raffles are for Pennsylvania residents only
- You must be 18 years of age to take chances
- You DO NOT need to be a member to take chances
- At this time raffle dates and times will be announced on our facebook page. After the holidays and the beginning of the year we will go back to bi-weekly raffles. We will announce when that will happen.
- Raffles will be advertised and available on our web page - www.loweralsacefire.org.
- Items have to be SOLD OUT in order for that item to be raffled. There may be times an item is not getting sold out in a reasonable amount of time, it will be the committee's decision to take the item down (meaning item not sold out)
- Items can be shipped if they are for example gift cards and lottery tickets or anything that is small. There will be no merchandise shipped.
- Raffles will be done live on facebook, winners will be posted, and an email will be sent to the winners.
- Pickup times will be announced on the live raffle, pick up takes place at the engine room.
- At times there may be special drawings, and those drawings will be announced in advance, they will not include all items that are showcased.
- All items will be held for 30 days, after that time the item will then become property of the fire company.
Payments
- Last year we went to the payment company Betterworld
- We know that there are fees attached when you purchase chances, they can be removed
- Under the item description there is a small box that will be checked, if you uncheck that box, that removed one fee.
- On your total page, there is a small ?, click it, this will bring up a lot of verbiage and at the end of that verbiage there is the work MORE, click on it, at that time another box will open, and you click the bar that states "I perfer not to contribute at this time", this will remove all fees. If you are not sure please let us know and we will help you!
